The United States of America flawed from its inception

If [THEY] THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, [and] establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty [for themselves] and [their] Posterity, [in] ordaining and establish[ing] [the] Constitution for the United States of America and subsequently amending it with the Bill of Rights

Got wrong What True Religious Freedom is [1], i.e., the duty of man due in justice and love to his God and Maker, deriving from the first commandment [2], then the United States of America is foundationally flawed, and the error U.S. Constitution – Amendment 1 ought to be manifest.

What is required of a State in True Freedom of Religion is to foster and not hinder the Catholic Faith and to allow all her citizens free access to it.
