Revelation of The LORD Jesus Christ through Mother His Might, Our Lady of Guadalupe:
Jesus was pierced into His right side.

I know this from a direct revelation from Our Lady, Mother, Our Lady of Guadalupe and she provided Scriptural Support.
Argument
‘Novum Testamentum in Vetere latet: Vetus in Novo patet’—The New Testament is hidden in the Old, the Old is made clear by the New. - St. Augustine, 4th century (Source)
First, I was made to ask exactly this same question. I believe I knew from private revelation(s) which side was pierced, the right side, but Divine Revelation has to be supported by Sacred Scripture and Holy Tradition. Here, I was stumped.
Mother then led me to this passage:
But he spoke of the temple of his body.
18 The Jews then said to him, “What sign have you to show us for doing this?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” 20 The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?” 21 But he spoke of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this; and they believed the scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.
Next, Mother led me to piercing of Jesus' side in the Gospel of John
Jesus’ Side Is Pierced
31 Since it was the day of Preparation, in order to prevent the bodies from remaining on the cross on the sabbath (for that sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. 32 So the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first, and of the other who had been crucified with him; 33 but when they came to Jesus and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. 34 But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and at once there came out blood and water. 35 He who saw it has borne witness—his testimony is true, and he knows that he tells the truth—that you also may believe. 36 For these things took place that the scripture might be fulfilled, “Not a bone of him shall be broken.” 37 And again another scripture says, “They shall look on him whom they have pierced.”
And finally to this passage in Ezekiel:
47 1 And he brought me to the gate of the house, and behold, waters flowed out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the face of the house looked eastward, and the waters came down from the right side of the temple, from the south of the altar - EZEKIEL'S PROPHECY - New American Standard Bible, Old Testament
I made a record of this via a Tweet.
Endnote
Mother also revealed the reason why the depiction of Christ Crucified, either in images or crucifixes, has at times the piercing into the left side or no depiction of any piercing at all. The reason is that with the images and crucifixes with the incorrect or missing depiction, the enemy can turn those into idols. The Society of the Impious step off with their left foot and depict their idols in the same way.
